Shipping

We normally ship by Canada Post as detailed below.  We can also use our customers’ own couriers, where they have accounts set up.

CANADA – We have recently arranged new lower postal rates with Canada Post.  Unless otherwise instructed, we will ship Canada Post by Expedited Parcel Post (with COD if required).  For next day delivery to most major centres we offer Priority Post.  For customers who want the most economical shipping method we offer less expensive ground shipping.  Orders over $500 excluding tax and shipping, will be shipped free by Expedited Parcel Post.

USA - Orders will be shipped by Xpresspost USA (3-5 business days delivery to most major centres) or by the less expensive surface mail if requested (approximately 2 weeks delivery).  For orders over $500 Canadian, we will ship either free surface mail or half price Xpresspost USA.

INTERNATIONAL – Orders will be shipped by Xpresspost International (4-7 days delivery to most major centres) or by the less expensive surface mail if requested (approximately 4-6 weeks delivery)

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

Check your goods carefully against the invoice enclosed in the parcel.  If anything is missing or damaged contact us for instruction.  DO NOT DISCARD THE PACKAGING.
