This is the factory purpose-built trials bike with the all alloy ES2 engine in the 16H frame. There were 900 of these built from 1949 to 1954 with about 30 units exported to North America. These bikes were very successful in their day and are still competitive in pre-nineteen sixty-six classic trials.

Price: Please e-mail for price.

Description:

This bike is the last of the pre-unit 500 twins. It was built using the Trophy based ‘fine-finned engine’ introduced in 1951 to harmonize the Tiger line with the Trophy line. The rolling chassis is the same as the iconic Bonneville. This bike is extremely rare because nearly all were cannibalized as their engines were used in Formula III race cars, flat trackers or scramblers.
